Work on Nepali Parallel Corpus Development is going on at Kathmandu University in collaboration with the Microsoft Research Connections, U.S.A. LTK has been providing the linguistic support in the endeavor. The developed parallel corpus is expected to be used for the development of a Machine Translation System for the English-Nepali pair.
